      Yes, we are open! As an essential business, our doors are open and we are running service calls, making repairs and installing doors. You will still receive the exceptional work as is expected from us, but because of the Coronavirus, we are taking a some extra steps to ensure your safety and the safety of all our technicians. We prefer to communicate by using your phone rather then face to face.

 

Estimate and Repair Process During Coronavirus  Pandemic:

Before arriving the technician will call and let you know how lhis estimated time of arrival. If your door is able to be opened we ask that oyu open it prior to his arrival. The technician we call you at the number provided once he has inspected your door to review his findings and get your approval before he begans any repair or installation. During the visit we ask that you keep your phone close by because if they have  any questions they will call.  If you have any questions for the technician while he is there, we ask that you, too, use the phone to ask questions, approve work, ect..  We  ask that if it is absolutely necessary that our technician and any member of your household are in the same room to please wear a mask and maintain at least 6" of separation.  We are not requiring that invoices to be signed at this time and all invoices will be printed and mailed to your home.  When making payment you can call the office with your credit card information.  If paying by check or cash please place it in a zip-lock bag.  We thank you for your cooperation in helping us all stay safe!

• Disinfectant common surfaces safely and effectively.

Social distancing is a safe practice for everyone and the only means of minimizing the Coronavirus. Communication in person should be no closer than 6 feet.  We love our customers but maintaining distance will help keep us all safe.
